Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2025

1. Overview

This website (the “Site”) is operated by an individual (the “Operator”). The Site collects, edits, and provides logos of other companies sourced from public sources. The Site’s core services are currently provided free of charge, and the Operator may offer paid services (such as an API or commercial licenses) in the future.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). The Operator may modify these Terms at any time; changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All logos and trademarks displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. The Operator does not claim ownership of any logos or trademarks, nor is affiliated with the owners in any way.

The Operator collects and may edit logos from public sources and provides previews or edited versions. The legal status and rights associated with each logo depend on the logo’s rights holder.

4. License & Permitted Use

Preview / Editorial Use Only: Unless otherwise stated, logos available on the Site are provided for preview, editorial, or personal reference only. Commercial use (including use for advertising, branding, product labeling, or other commercial exploitation) requires separate permission from the rights holder.

Commercial Use & API: If the Operator later provides API access or commercial licenses, those services will be governed by separate terms and license agreements.

5. User Obligations

If the Site permits user uploads, you warrant that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights. The Operator may remove or block content suspected of infringing third-party rights without prior notice.

6. Takedown / Infringement Notification Procedure

If you are a rights holder (or an authorized agent) and believe content on the Site infringes your rights, please submit a takedown request including:

Your name and contact information (or agent’s);
Precise location of the allegedly infringing material (URL or ID);
A description explaining why the material infringes your rights and any available proof of ownership;
A statement that you believe in good faith that use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder; and
A signature or electronic confirmation.

The Operator will review complaints and may remove or disable access to material pending review. A counter-notice process will be offered where applicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use Site content (including logos) for commercial purposes without permission from the rights holder;
Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or otherwise commercialize Site content without authorization;
Perform bulk automated scraping, mass downloads, or other large-scale data extraction unless explicitly permitted;
Use the Site to infringe others’ rights or engage in illegal activity.

8. Disclaimers & No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” The Operator makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content. The Operator does not guarantee that content is free of third-party claims or legal restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and related parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator and related parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination & Suspension

The Operator may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or otherwise present risk to the Site. Upon termination, access rights end immediately and previously paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

12. Future API & Monetization

If the Operator offers paid API tiers, such offerings will be governed by separate API terms and license agreements that define permitted uses, rate limits, commercial rights, and fees.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator principally resides. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
